Gilmore Ponds Interpretive Preserve

Gilmore Ponds Interpretive Preserve, 7950 Gilmore Road, Hamilton, is a 260-acre natural wildlife area maintained by MetroParks of Butler County, acquired between 1986 and 1993 through the generosity and cooperative efforts of many organizations. The wetland area -- formerly in Section 22 in Fairfield Township -- is generally between Symmes Road on the south, Bobmeyer Road and the Norfolk Southern Railway on the north, Gilmore Road on the west and the Ohio 4 Bypass on the east. The preserve is accessible from Symmes Road and Gilmore Road in Hamilton.
