Dixie Heights

Dixie Heights also was named because of its proximity to the old Dixie Highway (see Dixiedale and Dixie Highway). It is a northern residential area in Middletown, starting as a 288-acre subdivision. It is southeast of Tytus Avenue, north of Manchester Avenue and extends east to the line dividing what had been Sections 12 and 18 in Lemon Township, or about to Breiel Boulevard.
