The annual 8th grade Washington DC trip is tentatively scheduled for May 13th-15th, 2026. This is a Wednesday to Friday. We will be leaving early on Wednesday morning. The bus will leave (wheels rolling) at 6:30 am. Students will be required to be at the school at 6:00 am.
The cost of the trip this year is....................$627
Payment will be made online with the tour company.

Deposit - required to reserve place on trip. - November. 14th -- $175.00
Payment #2 - Jan. 26th -- $226.00
Payment #3 - March 13th -- $226.00

1.) Pay the $175.00 deposit online with the tour company. (or mail a check)
2.) Extended Travel Permission, Medical Forms, and Roomate Sign up - signed by parent/guardian
The cost of the trip includes: all transportation costs, two nights hotel lodging, 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners, 1 light dinner, tickets for Medieval Times, all other admissions, T-shirt, licensed DC tour guides, nighttime security, and a lifetime of memories!
