Need a Packing List?--Click Here
Departure Day: 8 a.m. Monday Sept. 16, Holley Park
Students need to be dropped off at the park with their gear between 8:00-8:30. Busses will arrive soon after. We will load immediately and depart as soon as possible. We will not load students at the middle school. No luggage can be taken on the regular school bus. In fact, there is no need to go to the middle school at all. Please stay with your child if you arrive early. There will be no school supervision before 8 a.m.
Medication: Authorization Needed for ALL Medications
Please do not send any medications without the required doctor’s authorization form. This includes over the counter drugs like Tylenol, vitamins, or cough drops as well as regular prescription drugs. If they don’t need it regularly, don’t send it. For students that do need medications, our camp nurse will be available to receive your clearly marked (name and instructions) medications on Monday morning at the park. The middle school office can also take them until Friday at 4:30 p.m. Expanded information can be found below.
Return Time 1:00 Friday, Sept. 20
Plan to pick up your child at 1:00 on Friday, September 20. If you need to arrange for someone else to pick up your child contact the office at 360-263-2136 before noon Friday Sept. 20. Remember students can only go home with their parents unless it is pre-authorized for someone else to pick them up. Send notes to the middle school office if some one else will take your child home.

Does Your Child Take Medications?
If your child regularly uses prescription or non prescription medications, you will need take action to make sure you child has access to those medications at Cispus.
Doctor's Note: No matter whether the medication is prescription or over the counter, you will need to have a doctors note for the medication to be used at Cispus.
Prescriptions: It is best if you can get a fresh prescription to send to Cispus. See the "Making Sense of Meds" handout below for details. If you can arrange for this during the summer it can take some of the stress out of the start of the school year.
Over the Counter Medications: These still require a signed doctor's note. It is necessary to send a new, unopened container of whatever medication is needed. A good guideline to use is send this type of medication only if your child has used it in the last three months. Unnecessary medications slow the check in process and generate a lot of extra work for our school and volunteer staff.
