Disaster Risk Reduction Education(DR RED) is a project-based learning concept develop by a team of participants from Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka (JaPhilMINS) during the first Telecollaboration Workshop on Reorienting Teacher Education towards EFA and ESD during 7-9 November 2012 in Bangkok, Thailand. The workshop was organized by UNESCO, Bangkok.
This web site is developed as a common learning plat form concerned with contextual issues of disaster risks in Nepal. Therefore, all visitors who want information in Nepali can be benefited with the learning materials provided here. Kathmandu University School of Education has been playing major role in developing this site under its own domain affiliated to Google apps. Students of Environment Education and Sustainable Development (EESD) are actively working to develop and enhance this site and provide sources of e-learning materials through this online platform.
