Ongoing Reflections

It is essential that teachers learn how to identify the needs of their students and their own professional learning needs, but this is not the whole story. Teachers also need to develop the self-regulatory skills that will enable them to monitor and reflect on the effectiveness of changes they make to their practice. This latter inquiry will tell them what ongoing adjustments they must make to maximise student outcomes.
