I am Mohammed Owaid Alkazragy.
When I obtained my BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering at year 1991from the University of Technology in Baghdad, I worked as a site engineer for about 6 years in various construction projects in governmental establishments. At year 1997 I joined the post graduate study in water resources engineering in the University of Technology, when I obtained the MSc. Degree in water resources at year 2000, I worked as a senior engineer in the General Company of Implementation of Water Projects Which is directed by the Presidency of Ministers Council, the job of that company was to design and construction of Rasafa Water Treatment Plant at that time which is the largest plant in the region.
Also in the same year 2000, I joined the post graduate study in water resources engineering in the same University above, at year 2005, I got the PhD. Degree and I worked as a vice president engineers in the Ministry of Housing and Construction, after that I preferred to be a University lecturer and at year 2006, I joined the teaching staff at the University of Koya / college of Engineering- Kurdistan region- Erbil. I taught several courses in the college in addition to supervision of final year projects.Now a day I am the head of Civil Engineering Department at Koya University.
