  • Student Email: Check your student email on Outlook365 app or webpage. Lots of important info will be shared through email. Same log in for your email that you are using to log in your chrome book. Click HERE for email or "How to check student email tab."

  • SCOIR: SCOIR accounts are used as a resource for virtual tours and applications for colleges. Click HERE for SCOIR account. If you need to reset passwords, your student email is the email and user name to reset.

  • How much are College Applications? Where Can I apply for FREE? Which ones require an ESSAY? Which ones require Teacher Recommendations?


  • ETSU The week of January 31 - February 4, prospective freshmen may apply to ETSU for free using the code FreeBuc22. Students may enter this code in the "Fee Waiver Code" question on the online application for admission.

  • Johnson U ($15)

  • Liberty ($50) Fee deferred until Financial Check in; Free if applying during a LU campus visit/event

  • Milligan ($30) Free with code APPLYNOW

  • MTSU ($25) MTSU is waiving the $25 application fee for students who apply the week of September 20-26! As long as you start and complete their application during that week, the application will be free. No App code needed. can apply at www.mtsu.edu/applynow

  • Pellissippi Preview: Learn about Pellissippi's career and transfer degrees, and student support services. Tour the campus and learn about the admissions process.   • UTK Big Orange Preview on either Saturday, September 25 or Saturday, October 30! This event is our fall open house, and we've included a special session exclusively for students interested in our Honors & Scholars programs.

  • Tickle College of Engineers Day 2021 taking place on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Hosted by the Tickle College of Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.   • TTU has a new, exciting, and in-person recruitment event hosted by Tennessee Tech's Office of Admissions partnered with Multicultural Affairs - Race to Tech: Diverse by Design. Race to Tech is an awesome opportunity for minority students and their families to experience what it's like to be a Golden Eagle. Prospective students will be able to speak with current Tech students about their college experiences, explore programs, and meet with professors from academic departments. Please share this information and flyer with your students that you think will benefit from this event. The event details are below: Race to Tech: Diverse by Design Friday, November 12 starting at 9am at Tennessee Tech University Cookeville, TN tntech.edu/racetotech

  • Christian College Fair: Thursday, October 7, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Grace Christian Academy. Students will have the opportunity to meet representatives from a wide variety of colleges and universities, learn more about degree programs, and pick up information in regard to admissions requirements and financial aid. https://stayhappening.com/e/christian-college-fair-E2ISTVSF28I

  • Virtual College Fair for Liberal Arts Colleges: September 22, 29, or October 6. Liberal Arts Colleges representatives include: Colorado College, Denison University, Macalester College, Rhodes College, Sewanee, University of Richmond, Scripps, and Grinnell.   • UTC: “Meet a Moc” Knoxville (November 22-23) A drop in, night time event 3-7pm at the Hilton, downtown. If you have questions and want to meet your admissions counselor: https://www.utc.edu/enrollment-management-and-student-affairs/admissions/special-events/get-admitted-moc-minute

  • UTC On-campus event called Tour+, begins this Friday (Sept. 10) and will happen again on Sept. 17, Sept. 24, Oct. 1 & Oct. 22nd. Tour plus allows students to receive a campus tour, have lunch on campus and meet with an academic department representative. Additionally, students who have previously submitted the application online and bring their admissions documents (transcript & ACT/SAT scores or recommendation for test optional) will receive an admissions decision on the spot! If you want to bring your transcript or recommendation, come by the Counseling Office!   • "Meet Maryville" Open House October 30 Our final in-person 'Meet Maryville' event of the fall is coming up on October 30th. The ultimate of all visit options, your students will get to meet our staff, have any and all questions answered, and tour and explore Maryville College's campus, where they will see the places they will eat, sleep, learn and play in one of the country's oldest colleges. To learn more and to get them registered, click here

On-Campus Visits Regardless of when you come, we want to welcome you and your college-bound juniors and seniors to campus. Ideally located between the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Knoxville, Tenn., your students will get to experience all the comforts that come from being in an idyllic location, and did you know that we also offer group tours? It's true! Our campus tours are offered every weekday (Monday – Friday) at 9:30am and 1:30pm EST.   • Coast to Coast College Tour: Joint presentations in September by highly selective universities (Dartmouth College, Northwestern University, Princeton University, University of California-Berkeley, and Vanderbilt).
