current site is hard to navigate, intimidating, uses tables for page
layout in various places, and could be made more attractive. The goal
of this feature is to fix as much of that as possible without
implementing significant new functionality. That is to say, for this
feature we are trying to organize and present the existing functionality
in an appealing, user-friendly, maintainable way, not create new
functionality. So, for example, this doesn't cover letting users search
for videos, or rate them, or provide their own categorizations. Those
are all valuable potential features, but this feature is about taking
what we've already got and cleaning it up.
Change footer (issue 1531): Add About Us and FAQ links to point to corresponding tabs on /about.
- Change video page navigation (issue 119) to include links to related exercises and allow displaying a video in the context of a "playlist" of videos associated with a particular exercise. I'm thinking we should convert the existing ExerciseVideo entities to PlaylistVideo entities that refer to new Playlist entities associated with each Exercise. Not sure yet whether to make the association via an Exercise.playlist property or a Playlist.exercise property.
- Change exercise page navigation (issue 119). Make "Watch Videos" link go to video page (as described above) for first video associated with the exercise.
unification: Combine stylesheets.css and default.css, eliminating
redundancy. Change styles to be more visually appealing.
