Mahere Matua o te Wiki 7

The White Pigeon in pursuit,

Perched on the Manapou, dodging, evading

Falling willingly, standing with committment.

Nau mai, Haere mai, Tēnā koutou katoa

Welcome to Kereru Park Campus the gateway to our unique pathway of learning & teaching.

We stand as proud partners with our local hapu Tamaoho and embrace their history and connection to Papakura and also to the wider surrounding areas within the Tamaki iwi collective.

"Who are Ngāti Tamaoho?". This question is one revisited annually to ensure the preservation of its history and traditions.

Strengthening relationships and playing an active roll by involvement is one in development. Having access to iwi resources (marae) and people networks (kaumatua - ruruhi) is so rewarding.

So let us us take you on a short journey through the eyes of "Room 9".

He hononga ki a ratou ma o Tamaoho iwi Tamaoho hapu. He awhiawhi i nga korero, hitori me te whakawhanaungatanga ki te rohe o Papakura me nga takiwa o Tamaki whanui.

"Ko wai a Ngāti Tamaoho?". He patai hohonu e kawe ana hei whakamana, hei maumahara hoki i nga tikanga o te iwi.
