Originally from Chicago, I received my Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from Kent State University where I worked with Dr. John Dunlosky and then completed an NIH funded postdoctoral fellowship at Georgia Institute of Technology where I worked with Dr. Christopher Hertzog

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at Purdue University working with Dr. Jeff Karpicke.
