Mr. Elder is a National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT) and is the 2017 Montana Teacher of the Year.

Mr. Elder currently teaches 6th grade western hemisphere geography at C.R. Anderson Middle School in Helena, Montana. Enjoy!

	South America 2012 Mr. Elder traveled through South America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru) for a few months in 2012. Follow his activities - what a learning opportunity!

	Online Classroom Links Our 6th Grade Geography Class uses a number of websites/tools to assist with our learning - here are some of the sites for easy access!

	CRA Student International Experiences: Belize & N. Guatemala (2017) Costa Rica (2015 & 2013) Every other year, C.R. Anderson Middle School has an international experience for 7th and 8th graders! The first two trips went to Costa Rica. Mr. Elder plans on the 2017 trip to possibly go to Belize, including some Mayan ruins!
