The mission of the Kellogg School District in a partnership of students, parents, educators, and
community members is to ensure a safe, nurturing environment where people are challenged to achieve:

WELCOME to the Kellogg School District; Thank you for taking the time to visit the Kellogg School District website. The Kellogg School District is located in the beautiful Silver Valley in Northern Idaho, approximately 35 miles east of Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. Our K-12 district serves approximately 1300 students. The district has 3 elementary schools grades K-5; Sunnyside Elementary, Pinehurst Elementary and Canyon Elementary Science Magnet School. The district serves students grades 6-8 at Kellogg Middle School and students grades 9-12 at Kellogg High School. Based on last 2012 Idaho Standardized Achievement Tests (ISAT) 91.3% of all students were proficient in reading and 84.2% of students proficient in math, and improvement in both areas over the previous year’s scores. The Kellogg School District is Wildcat Country. The community takes great pride in the students, staff and alumni. Students and staff are blessed with unwavering support from the communities that comprise the district, financial as well as volunteer support. From highly regarded academic programs, to creative academic enrichment programs, to innovative technology infusion programs into instructional delivery, to balanced extra-curricular academic/ fine arts as well as athletic programs, the Kellogg School District consistently invests time, energy, and district talent to ensure that each student receives a meaningful school experience as we grow our future one student at a time. Throughout its colorful history, the Kellogg School District has provided its children with a wonderful, successful, and academically rewarding school experience. Additionally, the communities that make up the Kellogg School District work together in a partnership of students, parents, educators, and community members to ensure a safe, nurturing environment where people are challenged to achieve.
