Workshop Schedule

Come network with other teachers -- hear the CS curriculum topics and how they work in practice! 

Get information about CS advocacy -- learn how to prepare your students to study CS and IT in college!

Teaching assistants will be available at Kean. 

Participants should bring their own laptop computers.

Time estimates for lectures, labs and homework/reading will be provided.  Your experience may vary. 

There are many hotels in the area, if you are coming from out of town.  The Hilton Hotel at Newark-Penn Station
is a short train ride away.  Additionally, there are many hotels around Newark Airport.  Campus is served by
the NJ Transit Raritan Valley Line -- Union, NJ stop.
 
Attention: Before you come to the workshop, we would like you to download the software on your laptops. It should open up in a browser. Then you can follow the steps below:
1. Click on an icon that looks like cloud 
2. Click on login  and fill in your information
Now you have successfully created a cloud account which will save your work.
