Susan Mandel is the Clinic Coordinator for the Center for Communication Disorders, which is the on campus speech clinic. She received her Masters in Speech Pathology from Boston University and holds a Masters Degree in Special Education from St. Joseph’s College in Ct.
Her experiences include work with developmentally disabled adults and with children in the public schools. She has provided supervision to both students and professionals. Special interests include the role of the speech pathologist in literacy development. Mrs. Mandel teaches Clinical Methods in Speech/Language Pathology, which is the pre-requisite course for students who are placed in the Center for Communication Disorders Clinic.
