The purpose of the PTO is to enhance and support the educational experience at Forest Park Elementary school, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement, and to improve the environment at Forest Park Elementary school through volunteer and financial support.
Forest Park Elementary school has an active PTO, and all parents and guardians are encouraged to join and participate in our many events. There are NO membership dues – so membership is automatic!
The Forest Park PTO and Board is a 100% volunteer organization composed of Forest Park parents
…just like you. Studies have shown that parent involvement in their child’s school can help improve the overall education of the child. As a member of the Forest Park PTO we ask each parent to volunteer 1(one) or more hours a month or for one PTO program during the school year. We welcome any additional time you can devote.
The Bear Facts parent newsletter, Connect-ED messages and the school sign are used to notify every one of meetings and special events. Every effort will be made to provide electronic access to this information, for easy access and to meet our Going Green initiative.
To sign up for email notifications, become involved with the PTO, or just ask a question please email us at email@example.com
