Dr. Parisa Gerami Lehnerer is a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine and Allergy/Immunology. Dr. Gerami earned her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital. After years of extensive clinical experience working as a Hospitalist while also serving as a Teaching Attending, Medical Student Clerkship Director, and Assistant Professor for Ross University and the American University of the Caribbean (AUC), Dr. Gerami pursued her fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Larkin Community Hospital, where she was appointed Chief Fellow. In addition to being a fellow of the American College of Physicians, she holds board certification in Allergy and Immunology from the American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Gerami is well-loved by patients and colleagues alike. She treats patients of all ages and has expertise in conditions such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, sinusitis, atopic dermatitis, hives, hereditary angioedema, and food allergies. She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
