Due to standardized testing this week, we will only have three class meetings this week. Please note that the homework this week is to work for 10-15 minutes on the Australia map, which is due April 15 (next week).

  • Begin with a refresher discussion about using keywords and search modifiers to target information more efficiently. Students generate a list of potential keywords for today's assignment about Australia.
  • Using an internet search students become familiar with some of the landforms, bodies of water, animals, people and buildings of Australia by creating a Tree Map containing these items.
