Pep Club

The Lewisburg Middle School Pep Club is a fun, high-spirited group of students.  Our goal is to go to ballgames and give our support to the athletic teams here at LMS.  We attend home games and take  a bus to two away games each year.  Our teams love it when we fill up the stands and cheer them on to victory!!

History Club---

The LMS history club is in its second year of existence and is growing in popularity.  The club has a member base of close to 80 students from both 7th and 8th grades.
Our students have a heart for civic responsibility and duty.  To date, our students have donated over 14,000 pop tops for the Ronald McDonald House Charities, given close to 10 hours to the Salvation Army ringing the bell at Christmas, made a holiday banner for the veterans at the Alvin C. York Veterans Hospital in Murfreesboro, and, most recently, sent care packages to United States troops in Afghanistan in the form of Christmas cards, hard candy, toothbrushes and toothpaste, instant coffee, toboggans for warmth, and many other goodies for the troops.
In our annual fundraiser, the LMS history club participated in a 50 minute fundraiser.  Our students raised over $1000 for a scholarship fund in  order to send a student, free of charge, to Washington D. C., with his/her class.

Yearbook Staff

LMS yearbook staff consists of  eight 7th and 8th grade students.  We meet every day in the library mini computer  lab. These students are responsible for selecting the cover, dedication, page layouts and pictures for each division.  We design our yearbook on a  website. Yearbooks are still on sale for $40.00 or a $20.00 deposit.  Yearbook signing day will be in May.
