Senior News 11/30/2016:
Last chance for seniors to submit personal pictures for their yearbook picture will be January 6th, 2017

Senior News 11/16/2016:
Attention 12th Grade Parents,

The yearbook staff is beginning to build the senior section for the yearbook.  All

senior pictures are due to the yearbook staff by Friday, 11/18.  Senior pictures for the yearbook can be submitted one of two ways:

  1. A hard copy of a photo can be delivered to the main office giving attention to Chris Columbano.
  2. A digital copy of the photo can be emailed to

Seniors who elected to use Lifetouch Studios for senior pictures (and had their pictures

taken at Monticello) do not have to worry about submitting a senior photo for the yearbook.  Mr. Columbano will have digital copies of all photos taken by Lifetouch. All other students (students who chose to use a private photographer for senior pictures)

must submit a photo for the yearbook.  If a senior does not want to be included in the senior section, please contact Mr. Columbano.

Senior picture confirmation day is on 01/04/2017,

in which seniors will have the opportunity to confirm their senior picture with Mr. Columbano directly. Senior picture confirmation day will take place in the cafeteria during 2nd period.

Senior picture confirmation is optional, but suggested, to ensure the yearbook staff has the correct picture for the senior section in the yearbook.

Many seniors have been asking about quotes, superlatives, and accomplishments for the yearbook.

A google form will be used to collect that information.  The form will go live in December and close on the last day of school before winter break.

Finally, Mr. Columbano will be downloading and saving all senior pictures next week.  Parents

will receive a confirmation email from Mr. Columbano if pictures are emailed.  If a parent submits a hard copy of a picture with an email address, then a confirmation will be sent for those parents as well.  If an email address can not be found with a hard

copy photo submission, then the yearbook staff cannot send a confirmation.

**Due to a senior picture confirmation day and email confirmation of senior pictures, the

yearbook staff cannot be held responsible if a senior picture is omitted from the yearbook.  The yearbook staff works very hard to ensure that no mistakes are made; however, mistakes do happen. Please understand, the yearbook is a student-centered and student-generated

product for the school community, and these students work very hard throughout the school year to make the best yearbook possible for everyone.

The yearbook staff at Monticello High School would like to wish everyone a wonderful holiday

season. Any and all questions should be directed to Chris Columbano.

Thank you!

Chris Columbano
