This session will cover Google Classroom Basics. It will prepare you with a fundamental understanding of Google Classroom, its key features, and general benefits in the classroom. With a basic understanding of Google Classroom, you can set up a class, share assignments with students, and provide timely feedback.

Want to use an easy website builder for your class website? Google sites is your answer. As part of the Google Apps Suite, Google Sites is a free way to create and share webpages. All you need is a Google account to get started.

This session will prepare you with a fundamental understanding of Google Slides, its key features, and general benefits in the classroom. With a basic understanding of Slides, you can easily create, share, and edit online presentations.

With a basic understanding of Google Sheets, you can create spreadsheets to take attendance, track student behavior, and create charts to display information. Google Sheets is a robust and powerful cloud based spreadsheet application that allows for collaboration and real time multi-user editing.

Google FormsGoogle Forms allows you to create forms, quizzes, surveys, etc., an information gathering source. Responses to Forms are automatically collected and organized into a spreadsheet.

This session will cover the power behind Google Search, learn how to create a custom search bar for your students. This session will also cover the research tool within Google Docs.

Advanced Google Docs Suite
Google Docs Suite Advanced lessons will help prepare you with a deeper understanding of how Google Docs and other Google tools can be used in conjunction, to benefit teaching and learning. With a more advanced understanding of how these tools work together, you can begin to explore more ways to use Google Docs to deliver, support, and transform instruction.

Advanced Google Sites
This session will cover advanced features of Google Sites and prepare you with a deeper understanding of how they can benefit teaching and learning. With a more in-depth understanding of these tools, you can begin to explore more ways to customize classroom websites and incorporate other media into a site to stimulate discussion.

Drawings: With a basic understanding of Drawings, you can enhance the effectiveness of any Docs, Sheets and Slides you create.

Google Add-Ons and Extensions
Chrome extensions are small software programs installed in the Chrome browser and give you added features and abilities to customize and personalize your Chrome browser. Chrome Extensions can make things simple and more convenient and make teaching and learning easier for you and your students. With Chrome extensions you can clip a web page to Evernote, cite a source and create a bibliography, capture your screen, create a QR code just to name a few.
