Welcome to the Auke Bay Library Website.  This site is an excellent companion to our Destiny online catalogThe Auke Bay Library is your one stop spot for finding books and online resources to meet your school and personal needs. We are now located in our newly relocated, expanded, and renovated home on the second floor, right above our old location, overlooking the new entrance to the school and the bay.

The library is open school days 7:30 to 3:00, although it is not always staffed during recesses and lunches. With 28 patron computers, new table seating, couches and soft chairs for 30, media equipment, plus 17,000 books, magazines, and videos the library is the perfect location for resource intensive research, getting lost in a book, or planning your next adventure!

The mission of the Auke Bay Elementary School library is to ensure that students and staff are effective users and producers of ideas and information.
