I grew up in Junction City, Oregon and attended Brigham Young University- Provo and Western Governor's University. I graduated from BYU in August 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Family Life and completed my teaching certificate April 2015 in Family and Consumer Sciences Education (FCS Ed). I graduated from WGU with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in May 2018. I teach Food and Nutrition I (Foods I), Food and Nutrition 2 (Foods 2), Food and Nutrition 3 (Culinary Management or Foods 3), Child Development, Apparel and Design Production I (Clothing I) and am the advisor for FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America). In my spare time, I enjoy running, playing piano, hiking, shooting (pretty much everything outdoors), and being with friends and family.
