Welcome to Fitness for Life and Recreational Sports and Activities

This class is designed to facilitate an environment that promotes a healthy lifestyle.  We do this by offering the students access to multiple ways to achieve better fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Daily Activities

(5 min) Roll
(5 min) Change into workout clothes (tennis shoes, shorts/sweats/yoga pants, and t-shirt/sweatshirt
(25 minutes) Walk or jog
(45 minutes) Activity
  • Weight lifting
  • CrossFit
  • Yoga
  • Video fitness (P90X, Zumba, etc)
  • Walk/Jog
(10 min) Dress back into school clothes/depart
