Expectations Restaurant

A culinary delight produced by Warren Tech students for Lakewood Rotary Club. A roasted veal loin chop, Heirloom glazed carrots, potato noodles, persillade and a zucchini blossom. The vegetables in this dish came from "Acres", which is Warren Tech's organic farm.
