About Mr. Plakorus

Ryan Plakorus is a native of Arvada, CO, and graduated from Ralston Valley High School. He then went on to the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO where he studied Music Education with a Vocal/Piano/General Emphasis. There Mr. Plakorus was the inaugural recipient of the Greeley Chorale Conducting Scholarship and participated in many choirs and productions while at UNC. In addition, he also traveled to Germany where he performed roles and in the chorus with Opera Classica Europa. This past spring he served as a long-term substitute at Everitt Middle School and is excited to stay the Wheat Ridge community. This is Mr. Plakorus's first year teaching at Wheat Ridge High School, and he is very excited to be a farmer, and to be a part of Farmer Choir! Mr. Plakorus loves to ski, hike, watch netflix and be with friends. He also loves choir, loves to sing and cannot wait to work with the students at Wheat Ridge and be a part of this legendary community.
