There are several things all seniors must take care of before they will receive their cap and gown and be able to walk at graduation.

1. All senior fines must be paid in full by cash or credit card.

2. All seniors must sign their graduation contract electronically. The graduation contract

may be found on the Wheat Ridge High School’s homepage under the Activities tab,

click on graduation, fill out the form and remember to click on submit.

3. All seniors must complete two surveys under the ‘About Me’ tab in Naviance.  Seniors must complete the Graduation         Survey and the Jeffco Senior Survey. To access this link go the Wheat Ridge High school homepage under the

Activities tab, click on graduation and at the top there is a link to access the Naviance login screen.  If you have any

WRHS has received the Legacy Schools Grant!

posted Jan 30, 2014, 9:34 AM by Dan Watkins

Wheat Ridge High School has received the Legacy Schools Grant to promote AP courses in English, Math, and Science. The Colorado Legacy Foundation has chosen Wheat Ridge High School to participate in cohort 3 of the Legacy Schools solution, an initiative that works to change school culture around AP courses, helping schools recruit and support students who might not typically enroll in AP courses. Data shows that students who take rigorous AP courses in high school are more likely to attend, and graduate from, college. This grant, which will be funded for the next three years 2014 through 2017, will provide additional training for our AP teachers as well as incentives and financial support for students enrolled in an AP course. If you would like more information about the Legacy Foundation please click here: You can also view the power point that we have shared with students or the flier that has been sent to parents through email below
