Denver Public Libraries are worth the trip this summer!

Did you know that there are some fun classes that children and teens can participate in at the libraries of Denver? How would you like to make your own mug that holds not only milk but cookies?  Or attend a kid lecture on the "Secret Lives of Owls?  You don't even have to live in Denver to check out their books, and of course they have a Summer Reading Club!  More details will be available (and updated here) next spring.

Jeffco Libraries have an awesome summer reading program, too.  Ms. Lucero in Olde Town, (who visited us regularly for Book Talk Club and Summer Reading Kick-Off), would love it if you visited her, but ALL Jeffco libraries are participating in a summer reading club. Check back here in the spring when I'll have more details about the 2020 summer reading program!

Imagination's Destination Summer Reading Program

Barnes and Noble has a Summer Reading Program called Imagination's Destination. Kids win a free book for participating, Click here to download and print all the pertinent information, including the Reading Journal which kids keep track of their reading on!
