Fun Links

A collection of "just for fun" links can be found below.

  • Many classes learned about fractured fairy tales this year. One of our favorites was a fractured version of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Want to learn more about bears? The North American Bear Center is a website that, during the winter months, has a live "Den Cam" where black bears are snoozing away the winter! In summer months, you can see what else they are up to via another live web cam. I think these bear cams are so interesting! See if you agree! Click here to be directed to the North American Bear Center website, then look for the web cam links.
  • One of my favorite children's authors is Dr. Seuss. Not coincidentally, one of my favorite children's author websites is! Click here and get caught up in the fun!
  • Below is a fun book trailer I helped two students create as part of an extension activity.  You'll want to read the top-notch picture book called Spoon after viewing it! We created the book trailer using Photo Story.
