Step-by-step Schoology Instructions

Schoology "Cheat Sheet" for Parents (Step by Step Instructions)
A few parents have indicated that they need assistance utilizing Schoology so they can check their children's grades.  Here is a step by step instruction "cheat sheet" to keep in a handy place.
  • Step 1:  Log on to our Two Roads website (tworoadscharter.org) and click on the Schoology tab at the bottom of the screen.
  • Step 2:  Enter your parent username and password (it will be the same username and password you use to log on to Jeffco Connect or Campus Parent Portal).
  • Step 3:  You should see your name in the upper left hand corner of the screen once you have logged in.  Next to your name should be an arrow.  Click on this arrow and a drop down menu should appear with your child or children's names.  Select the child you wish to view.
  • Step 4:  Once you have selected the correct student a screen should appear with two categories at the top:  "Enrollments" and "Student Activity."  You want to make sure you have selected "Enrollments."  You will know that you have because the word "Enrollments" will be bolded black.  "Student Activity" should be blue.
  • Step 5:  While you are on the "Enrollments" screen you should be viewing a list of all of your child's courses.  You should see a grade (percentage) next to each class.  This gives you a snapshot view of how your child is doing in every class at Two Roads.  You can click on the individual classes to find out more information if you desire.
  • Step 6:  If you want to see other things in Schoology you will notice two other categories on the "Enrollments" screen.  On the right side of your screen there will be a toolbar labeled "assignments."  By clicking on these assignments you will find graded homework, tests, and quizzes.  Below the "assignments" section you will also notice a tab called "upcoming."  This section will tell you what assignments your child needs to complete and the date they are due.
