PTSA is You… The PTSA (Parent-Teacher-Student Association) is a private, non-profit organization of parents, teachers, students and community members who strive to better the lives of children. We are part of an association that is organized at the local, state and national levels. By joining our local PTSA, you are automatically a member of the state and national associations, which is the largest child advocacy volunteer organization that speaks for the interest of all children, their safety, health, welfare and education. What is the cost to become a PTSA Member?Annual dues are $8 for a single
membership and $14.50 for a couple membership. If you are interested in
joining PTSA you can include your payment (check or cash) to the main
office, in an envelope labeled PTSA membership, along with your name and
contact information. Checks must be made out to Leawood PTSA. There is a form available and an online option on the membership tab. What do I get with my membership and when are the PTSA meetings?Your membership ensures your meaningful
involvement and vote in PTSA related activities. We encourage your
attendance at our general meetings and hope that you volunteer on a committee or event that speaks to you! Meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of the Month.
