We are having a buy-one-get-one-free book fair from May 18th-22nd. Come stock up on books for the summer for cheap!

Field Trips

There will be 2 field trips on Thursday, April 30th. 8th graders will be going to Warren Tech to see all the programs and opportunities they offer. 7th graders will be going to Dinosaur Ridge in connection with their learning in their science classes. If your student hasn't turned in their permission slip yet, get it in!

Week Without Hate

Friday is A Day Without Hate. North Arvada is supporting this cause all week by wearing a certain color each day. Monday - red. Tuesday - purple. Wednesday - rainbow. Thursday - blue. Friday - white or your Day Without Hate t-shirt. Join us in creating a school where everyone is accepted for who they are and where we celebrate our differences!

State Testing

State testing is underway. Students will continue to have regular classes during the testing days. Get a good night's sleep, eat breakfast, and do your best! This round of testing will run from March 3rd - March 16th.

Our TSA chapter is headed to the state conference this weekend. They will compete in many different events in engineering, science, leadership, and more. Wish them luck!

Girls and Science

The Denver Museum of Nature and Science is hosting a special day for girls to meet women in science careers and to learn more about future opportunities and careers in science, technology, engineering, and math. Saturday, February 7th, from 9-5, and admission is only $4 for anyone under 18. Don't miss this exciting and inspiring opportunity!

Pennies for Patients

Please help us in our funding drive to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Bring in your loose change through January 30th, and turn it in to your Access teacher. For every $1 you donate, you get a piece of duct tape to help tape Mr. Q to the wall. For every $20 your Access class brings in, you'll get to throw a pie at your Access teacher!

School Closed Monday

Final grades from first semester are now posted in Infinite Campus. Students will receive a paper copy of their report card during Access class on Thursday or Friday.
