Weekly Schedule

Mr. Reynolds is at each school two times per week. For the 2015 school year, his schedule will look like this:

Little Elementary:
Tuesday morning (8:00 am-12:00 pm)
Friday afternoon (11:30 am-3:20 pm)

Parr Elementary
Monday morning (8:00 am-12:30 pm)
Thursday afternoon (11:30 am-3:00 pm)

Warder Elementary
Monday afternoon (1:00 pm-3:00 pm)
Thursday morning (8:00 am-11:00 am)

Weber Elementary
Tuesday afternoon (12:30 pm-3:30 pm)
Friday morning (8:00 am-11:00 am)

Students are expected to have their instruments at school every day that band or orchestra is scheduled. If they forget their instrument on this day, they are still expected to come to class to make sure they are learning the skills they need to be able to play their instruments, even if they don't get to practice those skills in class with everyone else.

Wednesdays are "flexible instruction" days for Mr. Reynolds. He spends these days working with students at Moore Middle School or Pomona High School (see "Vertical Teaching Approach" for more information), maintaining the schools' instrument inventories, or making up missed classes at an elementary school. For instance, if there is no school on a Friday, Mr. Reynolds will try to hold classes for Little and Weber on the previous Wednesday to make that missed time up. He will always let the students (and their teachers) know when they will be expected to have their instruments on Wednesdays. You can also expect to see a post on the "Announcements" page.

Due to his busy traveling schedule, Mr. Reynolds is usually only available for extra help before or after school on days that he is at that school in the morning or afternoon (for instance, he can help at Warder on Mondays after school or at Little on Tuesdays before school), although he is happy to accommodate other times if at all possible. He is always happy to come in before or after school to work with students on anything that is needed. Let him know by email or phone call a day or two in advance to make sure he is available.
