Day Without Hate is a student-led, grassroots organization that promotes nonviolence, respect, and unity within our schools. This year’s DWOH is Friday, April 29.
Help your child join his/her fellow students to help end school violence and promote peace. By encouraging students to be tolerant, friendly and kind, and teaching them that there are non-violent solutions to problems, hopefully as a community we can create a better world.
All proceeds from the T-shirts go directly to fund our Peace Scholarships and Grants and expenses for our rally. Over the years, Day Without Hate has awarded over $40,000 in scholarships and grants to students and schools promoting peace in their communities.
To order a t-shirt, please fill out the order form, make your check payable to Moore Middle School, and have your student return them to the office or Ms. Coppejans by Tuesday, March 15. Your child will receive his/her shirt by April 26.
Students will not automatically be able to connect their personal devices to the Jeffco-Instructional (BYOD) network. Both the student and a Parent/Guardian must agree to opt in to the network through Jeffco Connect. Parent instructions. The parent must not only sign the contract, but also give permission for the student to bring their device(s) to school. Student instructions. Students must also sign that they have read and accept the BYOD policy before they will be able to use.
