If students have not previously registered with the district's Password Reset Tool, they need to do so by following these steps. Registering with the Password Reset Tool will allow them to reset forgotten passwords on their own without having staff call the Service Desk for them. If a student forgets her/his password, a teacher can use the JPS Password Reset tool in Campus to update it for the student. |
