Grades 5-12

If students in these grades do not change their password before they are set to expire, students will be prompted to change their password when they log onto a PC on the Jeffco network. Once the password is changed, it will automatically update the following systems with the new password: Google Apps, Student Portal (i.e. Campus), and JeffcoSchoology.

Note:  If students do not reset their passwords prior to the expiration date, they will not be able to login to any applications or reset their password outside of a Jeffco Building.

Support for students who forget their passwords:  
  • Self Service: If students have not previously registered with the district's Password Reset Tool, they need to do so by following these steps.  Registering with the Password Reset Tool will allow them to reset forgotten passwords on their own without having staff call the Service Desk for them.
  • Infinite Campus: If a student forgets her/his password, a teacher can use the JPS Password Reset Tool in Campus to update it for the student.  
  • Tech Support : A staff member can call Tech Support (303-982-2200) for assistance.
