Welcome to the Jeffco Connect Support website. Procedures and resources are now organized by topics with links in the navigation bar. Items that are for parents/guardians have translated versions. -
Notes from the July Release: - All parents/guardians must provide
an “electronic signature” for their children. Parents/Guardians need to
log into Jeffco Connect, complete all required fields, verify that the data is
accurate, make any changes necessary, and “Submit” the child. This needs
to be done annually after June 30th.
- Automated phone message preferences
need to be completed by parents/guardians in Jeffco Connect. At least one parent/guardian must
have a phone number set to receive automated calls for Emergency and Attendance
calls. New students could take up to 24 hours before they take affect (in
School Messenger).
- The preferences set in Jeffco
Connect will now affect messages sent by School Messenger.
Parents/guardians need to go into Jeffco Connect to change their
preferences. Changes to the preferences could take up to 24 hours before
they take affect (in School Messenger). Also, long distance phone numbers
will now be called by School Messenger.
- Changes to Fee payment – PaySchools
is no longer being used by the district. Fees can be paid through the new
Jeffco Student Fee Payment system which can be accessed through Jeffco Connect
starting Monday, July 29. Parents should be alerted to this change.
