Getting Help

If you need help with TLC, please contact the Service Desk at call 982-2200, e-mail at service_desk@jeffco.k12.co.us, or open a ticket through ESS/Access Jeffco. JeffCat handles many of these issues, but initiating the contact with the Service Desk helps us in a number of ways. We can more efficiently track the work we do, distribute the work, and better understand the impact of the problem.

If you are unable to access any of the TLC systems, it is important that you contact the Service Desk - you may not be the only school having the problem, and working through the Service Desk makes it easier for us to see how widespread a problem might be. Please DO NOT contact TLC directly; our contract arrangement requires that a limited number of people (in JeffCat and IT) act as the conduit for any issues that may arise here in Jeffco.

The Help links at the top of the circulation screen and the PAC screen also provide helpful information on how the system works. These help screens are provided by TLC and are not Jeffco specific, but they do outline processes in general and can help with questions that may arise. The Training tab in LS2 Circ also provides training videos and handouts from TLC that can be useful. The login for the Training tab is Username: 005166, Password: 80401 (the same for all Jeffco libraries).
