I'm trying to refund a credit for a student, but it doesn't seem to work. What am I doing wrong?

When you refund a credit, the system asks for an "Authorized Borrower ID." This is NOT your override password. Instead, the system is asking for your staff ID number, with the A at the beginning (e.g., A123456). This allows the system to track the personnel who are refunding money to borrowers. You will also see this "Authorized Borrower ID" when you use a credit to pay for a charge on a borrower's record.
