Support Center hours: Monday through Friday, 7 am - 4 pm

Numerous Jeffco teams collaborate to support a wide range of technologies, and the Technology Support Center (formerly Service Desk) serves as the primary contact point for assisting with tech questions. Support Center staff process approximately 60,000 cases per year, and they can answer your question or route it to the team that can. 

Options for submitting a Technology Support Center ticket: 

  • Submit an Online Ticket: This requires that you login to Access Jeffco. Once you have done so, you should see a box called "SelfService Technology Support". Click "Create Case" to enter a support ticket.  
  • Call 303-982-2200. Before doing so, it may be helpful to review the Phone Menu Options.
