Facilities Service Desk

General Description

The Facilities Service Desk is a support group within Facilities, providing support to the operations of Custodial Services, Environmental Services, Building Maintenance, and Site Maintenance.

The team manages and processes:

  • Services Requests from all schools for work which needs to be performed by the various Facilities teams.
  • Dispatches Work Orders to the appropriate Facilities team to complete the work via the PeopleSoft Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) application.
  • Manages utility locates for the Utilities Notification Center of Colorado (UNCC) within Jeffco School District property.
  • Maintains monthly / yearly reporting for Facilities teams and management staff.
  • Processes and manages purchased services, materials for the various Facilities teams.
