There are so many paths we all can travel and so many experiences we all will encounter. From theses adventures we all have something to either learn and or teach to each other.  My life's journey started in Pueblo Colorado followed by  Boulder, Broomfield, Lakewood, Fort Collins, and now Littleton; yes I am a native that loves and lives only in Colorado.  During these travels I graduated from Lakewood High School ( don't hold it against me) where I enjoyed playing Football and Wrestling.  Then I went on to graduate form Colorado State University earning a Bachelors of Science in Biology with two minors.  I was also fortunate enough to play football for the Rams when we went to the Freedom Bowl.My teaching career started in 1995 right here at Golden High School were I did my student teaching.  Since then I have taught 16 years of Middle School Science and 3 Years of High School Science.  Through out this entire time I have been involved with football and wrestling as a player, coach, and referee. Outside of school I enjoy the outdoors, so anything from camping, rafting, snowboard/skiing, or anything in the ocean are extracurricular activities I do when ever possible.  Like many of us I have had to endure unfortunate events- one being that my home burnt down when I was ten years old, second I had the misfortune to experience my parents divorce, and third I endured my own divorce[TWICE :( ].  Although there have been many other rough spots in my life I am still here, so never give up keep looking for the positive because they are out there.  For every one sad event I have come through there have been many blessing that have help me get up and keep going. Life isn't always easy but it is worth it!

I am excited to be teaching here at Golden High School where we will work together to reach a high level of maturity, a great sense of humor, and a strong academic focus.  I look forward to working with you as you prepare for college, careers, and the future.
