Conifer High School Accountability Committee (CHSAC)

What is the School Accountability Committee (CHSAC)

The CHSAC is comprised of parents, community members, teachers, staff, and administration.  Its purpose is to serve as a cooperative decision-making and advisory team to meet the State and district mandate for school accountability.  CHSAC meets once each month to make recommendations, and offer support and direction to CHS administration.  CHSAC focuses on balancing Conifer High School's goals: excellence in education, a positive campus environment and student wellness, as well as accreditation and assessment. It addresses specific issues such as student achievement, budget, safety, and maintaining a connection within our community.

CHSAC serves as Conifer High School's cooperative decision-making, accountability and advisory committee.  This group's goal is to be a forum for issues that benefit Conifer High School and its community.

Open Forum

Open Forum is a ten-minute time period at the end of each meeting to address issues or concerns pertaining to CHS. The time limit will be split equally among all who sign up to speak. An Open Forum sign-in-sheet will be available at the beginning of each meeting. This process does not apply to those individuals invited by the Council to make a presentation, give a report, or provide input at a Council meeting.
