CHS Counseling Mission Statement
Our mission as school counselors is to provide a comprehensive guidance program addressing the academic, career, and personal/social development of all students.  The counselor's role is to empower all students as lifelong learners through different services including: group and individual counseling, innovative and challenging classroom curriculum, academic, career and college planning, crisis intervention and student and family advocacy.  Our goal is to assist all students in becoming responsible, independent, holistic and productive members of their school community and society who are prepared emotionally, intellectually and physically for the demands of today and the future.

Conifer High School is proud to strive to the ASCA National Model.  The Model reflects a comprehensive approach to the design, implementation, and evaluation of a school counseling program that improves student success. The school counselor's role under the ASCA Model is based on the principles of leadership, advocacy, collaboration, and systemic change. Conifer counselors work in partnership with students, parents, school staff, and community members.  The Conifer Counseling Department's strives to ensure that all students have access to equal benefits of the comprehensive counseling program.

We are working towards RAMP status, which means national accreditation.  Keep checking to follow our status.
