All medication, including cough drops, must have a Medication Agreement signed by a parent/guardian in order to be administered at school.
Over~the~counter medications must be in the original package. Medication not in the original package will not be administered to your child. Please check medications for current expiration dates and that it is age appropriate for your child.
Prescription medications require a parent/guardian and a physician signature on the Medication Agreement. The prescription must be properly labeled with the appropriate students name, name of the pharmacy, medication, and dosage.
All medication must be stored in the school clinic. Refrigeration is available.
Medication Agreements, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Care Plans can be printed from the Parent/Student tab under Clinic/Health. You may also come to the office for a copy.
Donations of sweatpants are always greatly appreciated.
