Teacher Bio

This is my 31st year teaching in Jefferson County and my tenth year at D'Evelyn.  I retired from teaching in May of 2024, enjoyed playing golf, sleeping late, and traveling.  However, I also missed working with kids, so I completed 70 days of substitute teaching.  I was able to substitute at schools throughout Jefferson County, but when I subbed at D'Evelyn, it felt like coming home.  

I am proud to return to the D'Evelyn staff and look forward to rekindling relationships with members of the D'Evelyn community.
