Fall 2017
1--By doing a little each day, you can get a lot accomplished.
2--Everything counts.  
3--People don't notice your mistakes and flaws as much as you think. 
4--What you do every day matters more than what you do every once in a while. 
5--There is no finish line.
6--It's important to be nice to everyone. 
7--Nothing stays in Vegas.
8--Things often get harder before they get easier.
9--If you can't find something, clean up.
10--Practice makes permanent. 
11--Make it easy to do right, and hard to go wrong.
12--It's okay to ask for help. 
13--Remember love. 
14--We can't make people change, but when we change, others change. 
15--Make sure the things we do to make ourselves feel better don't make us feel worse.
16--What's best? Getting better.
17--Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. 

Spring 2018
1--No deposit, no return.
2--Not choosing is a choice. 
3--It's easier to keep up than to catch up.
4--Progress, not perfection. 
5--What we assume will be temporary often becomes permanent; what we assume is permanent often proves temporary.
