- During and After Auctions
- Please contact us with any questions before bidding on the item.
- Winning bidder will be contacted by email to verify the final price and payment method.
- Payment Methods
- Money order or certified check.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- We will NEVER charge a credit card fee or "loss of cash discount" for credit card payments.
- Personal checks are accepted. Shipments will be delayed for 10 days for the check to clear.
- Absolutely, positively NO PAYPAL payments will be accepted.
- Credit Card Processing Information
- All payments are processed via Payment Alliance International (a firearms friendly payment processor).
- All credit card charges will be made to J AND J FIREARMS on your credit card statement.
- Ammunition orders are charged at time of order.
- Special orders are charged at the time of order.
- All orders for other "in stock" items will be charged at the time of shipment.
- Shipping Information
- All firearms shipped via USPS.

- Flat shipping rates are for the contiguous US. Alaska and Hawaii residents, please ask for a quote.
- All ammunition shipped via UPS Ground, no exceptions.
- No international shipments, period.
- Faster shipping methods available at the buyer's cost, except ammo.
- Returns
- All firearms and ammo sales are final.
- 3 day return period on all other items. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns
- Legal Requirements
- Firearms shipped to FFL addressee only
- Signed FFL will be accepted through the following methods previous to shipment:
- Email
- Fax
- Along with money order or certified check
- It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local law before making a purchase.
- The user assumes all risk when using any of our products, or products purchased from us.
