"We the Special Education Local Advisory Committee are parents, teachers, support staff, and other members of the community involved in, or concerned with, the education of students with disabilities in Jamestown.
As an advocacy group, we are committed to creating strong bridge between general and special education by promoting school-parent partnerships, increasing awareness, and encouraging involvement.  We will advise and make recommendations to ensure that all students receive a quality education."

          Congratulations to Dr.Wholey for receiving the 2013 RI School Psychologist Professional Service Award. We are very fortunate to have Dr. Wholey represent Jamestown at the state level.  She is an experienced, knowledgeable professional who is always thinking about ways to improve the academic and emotional development of our students to lead successful lives.
