Philadelphia and Gettysburg 2019

Hotel Information: Wyndham Gettysburg

Medication:  If you are taking any medication on the trip, a medication authorization form must be filled out by the student's physician in order for the medication to be given on the trip.  This is for both prescription and over the counter medication.  

All medication must be in the original bottle, we cannot accept loose medication in baggies or envelopes.  

All students received the medication authorization form on Tuesday, April 9th.  Additional forms will be available in the office.

All medications and forms must be turned in Monday, April 29th or Tuesday, April 30th.

If you are not bringing any medicine you do not need to turn anything in!

Roommate forms will be due on or before January 17th!  Each room must have four students!  

Parent/Guardian approval of roommates is required!

 3rd payment of $100 is due on or before January 31st

The total cost of the trip is $447. The price per person is based on 41-45 students per bus and four occupants per room.


The parent meeting will be Tuesday, August 28th at 5:30 in the auditorium. This is a very important meeting for students and parents/guardians.

A $125 deposit with the signed permission form is due on or before Thursday, September 27th.

The trip is first come, first serve. A full bus holds 41-50 students; there is a possibility of a waiting list until we fill a bus.

 2nd payment of $100 is due on or before November 15th

 3rd payment of $100 is due on or before January 31st

The final payment is due on or before March 7th

Seats on the tour are on a first come, first serve basis.  So please make your first payment as soon as possible after the August 28th meeting.  Buses will seat a maximum 50 students, after the first 50 students make the first payment, we will begin a waiting list for the next group of student until we can fill a bus with a minimum of 41 students. Refunds will only be provided to students who do not come off of the waiting list.
